There are actual 50 stars on the flag. (Yeah, counted them. Haha.)
But it's kinda too "Americanized".

CLEANING DAY

Everytime I wear my AM1-wht/red, it always get these black stains and I don't know where they come from. So I always had to clean it right away I wear 'em.
Since, I was already in cleaning mode, I might as well clean my other shoes.
Took me about 3 hours and 30 minutes to clean all of them thoroughly.

WDYWT. OG Forrest Gump Nike Cortez's. If you haven't seen that movie, go watch it. Haha.



I got all bored and decided to go to my garage and dig through piles of stuff. I eventually found my 8th-9th grade shoes.
Possibly my first and last pair of Nike Zoom FC (Football Club) SB. This was my favorite pair of FC's.
Nike should bring this back and it's in season too because of FIFA World Cup.

Wow, HUF is making a lot of collaborations lately. So, I think these are a must cop !! Either color way.

HUF’s latest project with Nike SB consists of two pairs of canvas Blazer Mids as well as a series of apparel. The Blazers resemble a Chuck Taylor with a canvas upper, stitched swoosh, silver eyelets, and a white dual brand tag. The shoe is built on a Harbor midsole for more of a classic feel. The release also includes a collaborative trucker cap, work jacket and t-shirt all of which reference classic Americana. Available November 7th, 2009 exclusively at HUF’s San Francisco and Los Angeles flagship stores.

This is Nick from Diamond Supply Co.
I just thought I would brief you guys on the concept behind the shoes and how they came about.
Sam Smyth from Girl Skateboards designed these back in ‘05 and I helped him a little with the materials. These were designed the same day as the Diamond “Tiffany” Dunks and were suppose to say Resn on the tongue, which was what Sam used to write when he was in the IBC tagging crew in SF. Green for the weed, red for fire and black for the resn. Gucci was just the nickname for the shoes but they were really going to be named Resn SB just as Tiffany’s are really named Diamond SB. True Story.

Concepts x Nike SB “Blue Lobster” Dunk Low Premium

In case you didn't know... Lately, there was a lot of rumors going around the internet about this shoes.
Nike and Concepts created a lot of these great advertisements of their new collaboration. It is the sneaker boutique’s second project with Nike SB. The Blue Lobster Dunk will drop at Concepts on Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 11:00 am.

Today, after much speculation, Cambridge-based Concepts have announced it will be releasing the Blue Lobster Dunk Low Premium, marking the shops second foray into the Nike SB collaboration game. As you may remember, on May 31, 2008 the first “Lobster” arrived at the “Concepts Shipping Company” and came packaged with a poster, lobster claw rubber band, tee shirt and condiment box, with the first 50 pairs being boxed in a wooden lobster trap.

This time around, it’s dangerous! The Blue Lobster sneaker will be bagged, tagged and sealed in a HAZMAT foam container. Each pair will be joined by an official Nike SB tee shirt, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will come with 1 of 2 Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks. The Concepts x Nike SB “Blue Lobster” Dunk Low Premium will be released on June 20, 2009 and are priced at $250.00 USD. Concepts will also be raffling off a pair of the original Lobster from 2008 during the line-up. Raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each and the drawing will be held immediately following the release.

After the launch of the Blue Lobster, Concepts will host the Official Blue Lobster Party, featuring a number of special guests and performers including DJ Statik Selektah, Termanology and Masspike Miles. The “Brew Live Cruise” will take place on board the MV Freedom, docked at Rowes Wharf in Boston, MA. Boarding begins at 8:00 pm and the vessel leaves at 9:00 pm sharp! Admission is $30 and only offered to those that are 21+.
